My journey into fitness started with my own transformation. More than 20 years ago, I was overweight and struggling with my health. After losing 75 pounds, I experienced firsthand how becoming stronger and healthier could change your life. That experience led me to become a personal trainer so I could help others do the same.
But along the way, my purpose evolved.
I discovered that what I loved most wasn’t simply helping people lose weight or get through a workout. I loved helping people move better, get stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies.
Today, as a movement therapist with 21 years of experience, I specialize in working with adults 50+ who may be dealing with pain, stiffness, previous injuries, movement limitations, or simply uncertainty about where to begin.
Maybe exercise has hurt in the past. Maybe an injury has made you nervous about certain movements. Or maybe it’s been a long time since you’ve exercised and you’re not sure what your body can safely do.
That’s exactly where I come in.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs. I take the time to understand how your body moves, where you’re struggling, and what you want to accomplish. Then we build a program specifically for you.
Whether you work with me in person or online, you’ll receive individualized guidance designed around your body, your goals, and your starting point. The goal isn’t to punish your body with exercise. It’s to help you move better, become stronger, and feel confident in what your body can do.
You don’t need to move like you did at 25. You need a body that helps you keep doing the things you love at 50, 60, 70 and beyond.
In person or online. Let’s get you moving.
